99 Balloons

This comes from the files of the “And you thought your trials were hard” department…

“Eliot was born with an undeveloped lung, a heart with a hole in it and DNA that placed faulty information into each and every cell of his body. However, that could not stop the liveliot3.jpging God from proclaiming Himself through this boy who never uttered a word.

In the midst of heartbreaking tragedy, the Mooney family found the presence of God strengthening, comforting, and guiding them. Their story reminds us to seek God and endure our struggles rather than blame Him for our hardships.”

This one got me too, Jen. What courage. What faith. All you can say is, “it’s Jesus.”

What an amazing story. I was so touched by the way you became closer to God through all of this. That you said you know he is well now. Isnt our Faith so amazing? That we serve a God who removes all pain and sarrow. That when we die it is not an end but a new beginning. How blessed we are to know that someday we will all be together agian. I look forward to meeting baby eliot in Heaven one day

“Yes, in all things we are more than overcomers through Christ who loves us.” (Romans 8:37)
Thank you, Amber, for having a heart that looks up in faith not to the circumstances around you. Bless you, sister!
